Our team in Syracuse, NY is adding a Service Support Technician responsible for: •Requesting time and materials estimates from Field Technicians •Producing quotes in Epicor •Customer and field call troubleshooting •Releasing orders for fabrication •Attending weekly production meetings to ensure On Time Correct & Complete metric •Coordinating with Engineering and Controls •Reviewing, editing, and submitting final reports •Review of inspection reports and drawings •Producing bill of materials for maintenance orders •Conducting freight calls for equipment orders •Travel to site when necessary to perform field checks •Salesforce opportunity set up •Producing Service related drawings •Identifying non-conformities and initiating Corrective Action Reports and Supplier Corrective Action Reports, as needed •Conducting ISO 9001 activities as needed •Performing work activities that are in line with achieving the company’s Quality Objectives
•5+ years’ experience •MS Office applications •Excellent communication, organization, verbal and writing skills •Strong familiarity with theatre rigging •Some Electrical/Controls knowledge •Ability to read blueprints •AutoCad a plus •Epicor / Salesforce experience preferred •ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness
