Wenger / J.R. Clancy is adding a Project Manager to our team, working in our Syracuse, NY or Brooklyn Park, MN location. The Project Manager is responsible for performing duties such as project organization, budgeting, schedule management to lead projects through the entire design, manufacturing and installation process. This position requires travel to work sites as required (approximately 5 trips per month, 1-2 day trip duration). Primary Duties & Responsibilities: •Interact in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers. •Ability to work in cross functional, team environment. •Awareness of multiple project schedules / deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously •Understand and meet contractual conditions and performance •Become familiar with documented company processes and standards and execute the following project management activities, including but not limited to: oDrawing submittal coordination including review and coordination with other partners, both internal and external oSchedule & Document management oSubcontractor and vendor coordination of onsite and pre-mobilization activities oRisk analysis and mitigation oProject billings and costing analysis
Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in construction or entertainment production industries •Previous experience in construction project management preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Excellent organizational and time management skills
