| Hall of Music Productions serves as Purdue University’s professional in-house production company to provide the latest technological offerings in audio, lighting, staging, live video, and video pre and postproduction for events on and off campus. We produce over 1100 events annually, each custom created with the client’s vision in mind. Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Video Producer/Director. As the Video Producer/Director, you will; develop and produce high quality video content for a wide range of clients both inside and outside the University. You will be responsible for creative development, production planning, directing, shooting, editing, graphics, development and client interaction for video content creation projects. You may manage projects or process which are often difficult or complex. This position will work with demanding production schedules in the creation of broadcast quality deliverables and communicate with multiple parties in gaining understanding of project scope, content and visual design. In conjunction with the Technical Manager, you will delegate and review the work of other video specialists in achieving production goals. This position requires extensive knowledge of current video production, editing, and graphics technology and applications. Additionally, this position will focus on clear message delivery which is in alignment with customer requirements and incorporates consistent branding on all projects and support departmental objectives by performing as live event technician is required. |
