Organisational placement: The RSM reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director within the regional organization. The RSM has direct communication with the majority of staff within the company, on a daily basis, for practical working methods.   Areas of responsibility: The RSM plans, organizes and implements sales and marketing strategies within the sales organization for their assigned territory, in line with the company strategy and guidelines. The RSM has overall responsibility for achieving the sales objectives within their assigned territory. Sales targets will be made for all product ra
